SalesBuilder Pro is built around a process of three simple steps: Understand your clients needs and budget, deliver an accurate on-budget proposal, and manage the project in a profitable way.

Defining the Budget Process
SalesBuilder Pro allows you to quickly build good, better, and best packages on one screen. By dragging products and predefined packages from the product tree
into three different columns, you can
easily produce budget comparisons for
your customer.
Developing a budget range with your
customer during the first meeting allows
you to follow-up quickly with an
accurate proposal. Your customer is
already comfortable with where the
project is heading and feels like they
have control over the cost
throughout the process, eliminating
"sticker shock" when the final proposal
is delivered.
|
Delivering the Proposal
Once a budget is developed, and
selections are made, simply import the
customers choices into the proposal
screen. At this point 95% of the
proposal is complete and a few small
changes customize it to the particular
project.
By reducing the time it takes to
produce a proposal, your sales team can
follow-up quickly after the initial
meeting. Fast response lets your
customer make decisions while their
interest in your products and services
is highest, and reduces the chance they
will begin to look elsewhere.

Managing the Project
No project goes as planned, nor should a
customer be locked into their initial
selections. Change orders usually mean
increased profits if managed properly.
SalesBuilder Pro's change order
system is the most powerful available.
Once the initial proposal goes to
contract, it is locked to prevent
changes from being made. A change order
allows you to add any product from the
product tree, and to remove any product
that is in the original proposal with
any previous change orders included.
When a report is printed later in the
project, it rolls in all approved
changes and prints a modified version of
the original. Of course, you can choose
to go back and print the original
contract and the change orders
individually to show your customer how
the project has progressed.
